Beehive Heating & Cooling
An energy efficient home is a more comfortable home, and one with fewer drafts, lower energy bills, higher resale value and healthier indoor air quality. Contact us today to learn how we can give your home a Home Performance upgrade and transform it into a healthier, safer, more affordable place to live for you and your family. We'll never leave you in the dark, the cold, or the blistering heat.

Our technicians are on-call 24-7 to keep you safe and comfortable. We repair all residential, light commercial and commercial units and offer maintenance agreements. We are trained by the Building Performance Institute in the installation of blown-in cellulose insulation. This type of insulation fills the gaps and voids typically left behind by traditional fiberglass insulation.

Homes that receive insulation upgrades through Home Performance with ENERGY STAR are more comfortable. They're cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. We provide installations, service contracts and sales of heating and cooling equipment.
Services
In 1999 Scott Schoen established Scott's Heating and Cooling.
In 2003 the name was changed to Beehive Heating & Cooling LLC due to a duplicate named company of Scott's Heating and Air Conditioning.
Since that time, our company has grown considerably, now employing several installation crews, two service mechanics and a full office staff.
Over the years, we have performed over 700 installations in the Ocean and Monmouth County area.
These installations include residential, commercial and light industrial, as well as the mobile home communities.
Wondering how you can make your home easier on the environment, while simultaneously increasing comfort and lowering energy bills?
Our home energy efficiency services can help you accomplish all these goals and more.
By analyzing the house as a system and looking at the interrelationships between each of your home's components -- building envelope (insulation, windows, doors, air sealing), combustion equipment (boilers, furnaces, water heaters), etc. -- we're able to identify the key sources of discomfort, indoor air quality, and energy waste in your home.
A home energy audit is often the first step in making your home more efficient.
An audit can help you assess how much energy your home uses and evaluate what measures you can take to improve efficiency.
But remember, audits alone don't save energy.
You need to implement the recommended improvements.
ENERGY STAR provides extensive information about home improvement projects to enhance energy efficiency, lower utility bills, and increase comfort.
Excellent experience with all of the people from Beehive Heating & Cooling from the office to workers to weekend guy.
My name is Scott Schoen and I am the owner of Beehive Heating & Cooling LLC. and I want to thank each one of my customers who has been faithful to us over the years.
We are a top-quality business dedicated to the people it was built around, my customers and my staff.
We only use the best materials and components for your HVAC installation or service.
There is a great amount of sub-standard equipment and materials being used by other HVAC companies which leads to cut corners, leaky ductwork, inferior and inefficient installations, etc.
The Building Performance Institute (BPI) is the nation's leading building science accreditation organization.
The "house as a system" philosophy - which looks at a building's various components (building envelope, attic, basement, combustion equipment, ventilation sources) and the interrelationship between them to maximize a home's performance.
This approach leads to greater energy efficiency, but perhaps more importantly to buildings that simply work better.
A home that has been analyzed and upgraded from a whole-house standpoint is more durable, healthier, more comfortable, and more energy efficient.
