Services
AC Installation
Our AC installation service ensures proper sizing and efficient setup of cooling systems for residential and commercial properties. We assess square footage, insulation, and usage patterns to recommend optimal BTU capacity. Using manufacturer-certified techniques, we guarantee seamless integration with existing ductwork while maximizing energy efficiency and warranty compliance.
Furnace Repair
We diagnose and repair all furnace types, including gas, electric, and oil-based systems. Our technicians identify issues like ignition failures, heat exchanger cracks, and thermostat malfunctions. We prioritize restoring safe operation while minimizing energy waste through precision component replacements and system recalibration.
Duct Sealing
Our duct sealing process eliminates air leaks using mastic sealants and metal-backed tapes. We conduct pressure testing to identify leakage points in supply and return ducts. This improves HVAC efficiency by up to 30% while enhancing indoor air quality through reduced contaminant infiltration from attics or crawlspaces.
Indoor Air Quality
We install advanced air purification systems including HEPA filters, UV germicidal lights, and air scrubbers. These solutions target allergens, bacteria, and volatile organic compounds. Our technicians customize recommendations based on occupancy health needs and existing HVAC capabilities for maximum contaminant removal efficiency.
Emergency AC Repair
Our 24/7 emergency repair team responds to critical cooling failures with same-day diagnostics. We carry common replacement parts for rapid compressor, capacitor, and control board repairs. Service vehicles are equipped with refrigerant recovery units to address leaks while complying with EPA regulations.
