Services
Bob Russell, owner and founder of Circulating Air Inc., began his career in the heating and air conditioning industry in 1977 for a Los Angeles, California based company.
Bob started his own HVAC company in 1982 serving the San Fernando Valley and Beverly Hills areas.
Bob was one of the youngest state licensed heating contractors in the state of California.
In 1994, Bob moved his family out to Longmont Colorado and immediately opened Circulating Air, serving the Boulder County area.
Now, almost 25 years later, Bob and his son Tony, operate and run Circulating Air and continue to provide exceptional HVAC services to Boulder County and surrounding areas.
The most common central cooling system is a split system, which includes an outdoor cabinet containing a condenser coil and compressor, and an indoor evaporator coil, usually installed in conjunction with your furnace or air handler.
The compressor pumps a chemical called refrigerant through the system.
Once warm air inside your home blows across the indoor evaporator coil, its heat energy transfers to the refrigerant inside the coil.
That transfer, in turn, "cools" the air.
The refrigerant is pumped back to the compressor where the cycle begins again.
Central heating systems have a primary heating appliance, such as a furnace, typically located in your basement or crawl space.
Depending on your situation, region and, needs, you can choose from heating systems running on either gas or oil as fuel, or a hybrid packaged system that can use both fuel types.
Combustion gases are generated by the burners in your furnace and passed through a heat exchanger.
Air from your home blows across the heat exchanger to be warmed.
It is then blown through a system of ducts to distribute around your home.
Modine's Hot Dawg Heaters were designed to provide heat to residential garages, workspaces, or outbuildings.
At Circulating Air, we install and service the entire line of Hot Dawg heaters to provide your garage or workspace the right amount of heat to suit your needs.
Check out the full line of Hot Dawg heaters below.
This garage heater provides all the benefits of Hot Dawg Power Vented (HD), but it draws combustion air from outside the work space making it have greater durability over time.
Modine's all new Hot Dawg H2O is the only low-profile residentially-certified hot-water unit heater in North America.
Thermostats regulate a system's temperature to the desired setpoint.
In an HVAC (Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning) system, thermostats work by powering on the furnace (heater), air conditioner, and blower fan and regulating the temperature whether through heating or air conditioning.
While older thermostats were limited in the number of features and settings available, modern thermostats provide a wide variety of capabilities including programmable settings as well as control from your smartphone, tablet, or computer.
