I needed my dryer vent replaced, so I called Cool Concepts as they did a great job installing my HVAC system a couple years prior. I had multiple other dryer vent repair people out here to get quotes, but all the others were trying to add extra work that I didn't think needed to be done. Like venting out our roof when the set up that we already had, which was approved by an inspector just two years prior, did not do that and worked fine until it was damaged by someone doing work in our attic.

Cool Concepts said they could simply replace the existing vent, which is all we wanted, and they also added some insulation around the vent as well. They started work on time as scheduled, were quick, and they did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone.

A/C, whole house humidifier and air purifier. In and out, quick, no mess left behind. Very courteous techs.
