Services
The "shipping and handling" (S&H) charge on invoices will include the freight amount plus any special "shipment expedite fee" as outlined in the chart below.
If the part is available to be expedited, there is a $40 flat rate fee and will ship within 24 hrs of order being placed.
Expediting moves your order in front of standard orders but behind NDA & 2nd Day Air.
When picking 2nd Day Air, there is automatically an expedite fee of $40.00 added to the order.
This will move your order up and be placed behind NDA orders.

John J. Morgan Company offers a variety of training courses available to help our customers learn about everything HVAC related.
Sessions can be arranged at your location or ours.

Training class will provide a familiarization for people that are new to selling and supporting the Reznor product line.
Various tools will be covered in order to look up parts, serial number search of units, spare part pricing, & lead times.
Which includes troubleshooting of units and determining what part is needed.
Additional time will be spent looking up specific parts and how to look up wiring diagrams.
Application training would cover the basics on Make-up Air & Dedicated Outside Air products.
