Questions
What's the difference between an air conditioner and a heat pump?
Heat pumps provide both heating and cooling by reversing refrigerant flow, while ACs only cool. Heat pumps work efficiently in moderate climates but may require supplemental heating in extreme cold.
When should I service my HVAC system?
Service heating systems in fall and AC systems in spring. Regular maintenance improves efficiency, extends equipment life, and prevents unexpected breakdowns during peak usage seasons.
How often should I replace air filters?
Replace 1-inch filters monthly and 4-inch media filters every 6-9 months. Dirty filters reduce airflow, increase energy costs, and compromise indoor air quality.
What are signs I need furnace replacement?
Furnaces over 15 years old with frequent repairs, reduced heating capacity, or rising energy bills indicate replacement. Newer models offer improved efficiency and lower operating costs.
Do you service all HVAC brands?
We service all major brands including Carrier, Bryant, Trane, Lennox, Rheem, and American Standard. Our technicians have experience with both modern and legacy systems.
What financing options are available?
We offer financing through Service Finance Company for qualifying customers. Options include low-interest plans for new HVAC installations and major repairs.
