They showed up on time, were very knowledgeable, explained the problem to me and had the parts to fix it while they were there. They replaced the necessary part and my ac was working again.

By far some of the most professional and courteous service I have experienced in quite some time. I am a stay at home wife and whenever I am in need of a service professional coming to my home I am very skeptical however dealing with Nice and Cool Inc was quite the opposite.
They we're on time and were a lot cheaper then the other company I had used previously that were unavailable during the time of my service. I am now glad that I reached out and found a new company for all of my future heating needs. I would recommend Nice and Cool to anyone looking for a Honest Company that seems to take pride in doing right by people.
