We specialize in commercial installation and repair so your place of business is always comfortable and productive. Jim Jensen was great - efficient, knowledgeable, provided hints to make system work better - and is a credit to his profession and organization.

Thank you! - John M. David from Balance Point fixed our air conditioner. My wife has asthma and this repair was critical. He was professional, friendly, understanding (we haven't been out in 4 months) and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Balance Point. David, thank you. Having been in sales for 30 years, I am very aware what good SERVICE entails.

If i could give BalPoint 11 stars, I would! I hired BP to install a new ductless mini-split a/c system(Mitsubishi).

From every aspect of consultation (Ben was professional/thorough in evaluating thermal dynamics & our needs), to the awesome install team (Anthony & Alex were respectful & patient, and as the install had its challenges, stayed until 7pm to finish & start system), to the final customer satisfaction review on site (Adam was great, and added the extra refrigerant needed due to our long line sets, without even questioning this expense to company), I/we could just not be more impressed, and incredibly happy we chose BP for this large investment!

Balance Point Heating & Air is a Lennox Premier Dealer and holds an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.
According to the U.S. Department of Energy's Energy Star program, leaky ducts in attics or crawlspaces can account for 20 percent or more of a home's heating and cooling energy losses.
This results in higher utility bills for you and difficulty keeping your house comfortable.
Run your system, and check all the ducts and joints you can access.
You can seal these yourself with mastic or foil-backed tape.
You should also seal around where the duct meets the wall.
Duct tape is actually not recommended for ductwork, and any fabric-backed tape will deteriorate over time.
Most people immediately think of furnaces when opting to heat their homes.
However, boilers provide a highly effective heat option, have a long life, can reach high heating efficiencies, and some types require little or no pumping energy.
Boilers are an important part of a central heating system.
They're a continuous closed loop of pipes carrying heated water (or steam) throughout your home.
As the water runs through the pipes, running through radiators, the hot water cools on its path as it gives off its heat, heating your rooms, then returns back to the boiler to be reheated again.
You may have heard about ductless heating and cooling systems, but do you know about their advantages?
The most common HVAC systems are central air conditioners and heat pumps that use ducts to deliver conditioned air throughout a building.
Ductless systems are more flexible than traditional systems, because ductless systems don't use ductwork.
All that's needed is a small outdoor unit and one or more indoor units, along with access to electricity and a place to mount the units.
Ductless systems can be installed in either new or existing construction.
Balance Point is experienced in the service, repair, and installation of heat pumps in Loveland, CO, and its surrounding area.
A heat pump is a device that transfers heat from one place to another, from indoors to outdoors or from outdoors to indoors.
For homes with no access to natural gas, heat pumps offer an efficient and reliable solution for heating and cooling.
In the winter, a heat pump works like a heater, extracting heat energy from outside and transferring it inside.
In the summer, the process reverses, and it will remove heat from your home and transfer it outside like an air conditioner.
