I was so impressed with the professionalism of everyone that represents this company. I submitted a request for help on Yelp and Fuse HVAC was one of the responders. Sergiu arrived the next day and was able to trouble shoot to identify a component that needed to be replaced. He did a deep cleanse on the unit and was able to get it to work so I did have heat. And advised that one part needed to be replaced. Now it is the wait for a new part to replace the worn one. Very happy with the service and all the staff/employees that I had interactions with.

Prompt and courteous. They took my call on a Sunday night and arrived at the time they promised on Monday morning. Reasonable service/diagnostic fee (flat fee.) Phil did everything possible, but alas, it was a lost cause. Phil showed us the problem and explained it in a way that was easy to understand.

I highly recommend Fuse. They were referred to me and I am so happy with their service. Peter, the salesman, was exceptionally responsive to all my inquires. The service desk was very polite and helpful. Most of all, the installation team was thorough and professional. Ivan even fixed my vents, and this was not in his scope of work. I’m so happy to have this lovely air conditioning system. It was a complex installation and they were experts.

Entire process from initial call to scheduling to finishing repair was seamless and easy. Our technician was knowledgeable and very experienced he knew immediately what the issue was and had the parts and equipment needed to make the repair immediately. Had us up and running in an hour.
