I called because of a blocked line at about 7:30 in the morning when they opened. By 8:30 or so, John, the tech arrived and got to work. He was efficient and very pleasant. I definitely have found the business I intend to use for any of my plumbing and HVAC needs.

Josh and Zach were very patient and professional from prompt arrival to departing instructions & clean-up. They were honest, efficient and courteous-traits I wish other service companies should endeavor to emulate. They honored me with military discount. Although they may have been the fifth plumbers I contacted they are definitely my first choice now and going forth. I can't say enough good things about Peterson Plumbing. We had bought a nightmare of a house and we had them do a-lot of work on it! Josh is an amazing technician who goes above and beyond. Good employees are hard to come by but no matter what guys they had at our house they all were professional, hard working and honest. No one wants to have to deal with a sump pump, but John N. Showed up for the job and did an efficient assessment and got to work, no complaints. Within an hour and a half we were back in business. Very impressed! My last 2 interactions with Peterson has been very encouraging. In a world where service calls are 3 weeks out, Peterson has been able to get me scheduled next day. Where schedulers seem short and unapologetically disinterested, Peterson schedulers have been very attentive and available. These guys are polite and courteous, even in less than appealing jobs. Bravo for small business done right!
