Our A/C failed at 7 pm Saturday evening in 90 weather. DCC answered the phone that evening, came out Sunday morning, gave us a quote and was installing a new A/C & furnace first thing Monday morning. This is the 2nd time I've used this company and I'm beyond pleased with their service. I had gotten a smart thermostat off of Amazon and had it hooked up through a friend. I called on a Saturday since my furnace was out and DTW tried to fix it 2 times and did not. Downriver climate control came out same day I called within an hour. My house was at 46degrees and very cold. The owner of the company got my furnace working, but he hung out to make sure it did not quit. As he was waiting, the furnace cut out again. The tech realized that a switch was bad and he installed one and got the furnace working again.

The owner of the company called back a few hours late to check on the furnace and to make sure the house was warm. I was very impressed with the response time and how concerned he was about making sure the house was warm again. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone!
