We recently had to replace our condenser and evaporator coil A/C unit and we are so glad we chose Washburn Air. They were quick to get a tech out to diagnose the issue, got us scheduled for the installation, and now we are enjoying cool upstairs again! During the installation, the guys were on time, took their shoes off when on carpet, they were polite and answered all our questions. Wow! Cant say enough good things. Great communication from the start, very open and honest. We got a mini split in the garage installed and had quotes from other companies. Washburn came in the lowest and was open at exactly how they got to that number. Installation was scheduled very promptly even in busy season. When the crew came they were nothing but professional.
There was an issue that occurred (completely out of Washburns control) they immediately informed me of it, insisted the would make it right, and they did. They have ABSOLUTELY earned a loyal customer and advocate in our family.
