Kyzar AC repair is amazing! I came home to no AC in summertime, and Corey came out at 8:00 PM on a Friday and stayed until everything was up and running. He was beyond kind and helpful. I appreciate the company and Corey! I highly recommend them.

We had a great experience with Kyzar AC. Our air went out Saturday night, called Sunday morning not expecting to reach a human voice. Anthony came out to the house and explained what was needed. This company is amazing!!! Devon came out today, on a Sunday, to provide a 2nd opinion on my brand new AC install from another company (ECM) that continued to fail over the last 2 weeks. Devon was extremely knowledgable, professional, and spent more time on the diagnostic report today than the other company did in 3 visits. Devon found the issue and sent me a detailed report with photos. I am so grateful that I called Kyvar for a 2nd opinion! I wish I had known of this company when I purchased the equipment. Also, the person on the phone was also extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgable, and they had Devon out very quickly. This experience was absolutely excellent at every touchpoint. I wish other companies in South Florida would follow suit with this level of customer service, professionalism, education and good ole fashioned honesty and integrity in your work. We called after 6pm when we got home from work realized our A/C was completely done. They showed up at 7:30 pm! Replaced our whole A/C, thermostat and made repairs inside our home. Im what a great experience with Kyzar HVAC company, started from the call center lady who was very helpful and was able to send one of the technician to fix the problem in the same day. Service was excellent. The technician was friendly and reliable.
My only constructive comment to Kyzar is that I had signed up for an annual contract but the main office never contacted me for an annual service reminder, I had to contact Kyzarand the first time I called, I did not get a call back.
But otherwise the service technicians are always excellent and friendly.

OMG! I cannot say enough great things about this company. I first came into contact with them when I moved to the area in 2013. They have always been honest and responsive. I like them so much, I use them for my home and in my professional business.
Recently, I had a service appointment with Cory and he was delightful! He answered all of my questions and passed along helpful information about my air conditioning. When it is time to replace it, I will be calling Kyzar. Until then, I will continue using them to service my home and business!
