Before choosing a company to install our AC in our new home, we reached out to more than five different businesses. After speaking with Orlando, it was clear Shalom was the best choice. I really valued that theyre family-owned, and from the very beginning, Orlando was reliable, accommodating, and honest.

He always worked around my busy schedule and took the time to answer every question, big or small. He listened to our needs, respected our budget, and never pushed unnecessary upgrades. We had a condenser and heat pump installed, along with removal of the furnace and a brand new duct system. The crew did an excellent job (so professional that even our neighbors noticed). Everything was completed in just two days, and they left our home spotless.

Shalom HVAC is a family-owned business, in the best way possible. We worked with Orlando throughout the whole process. He was incredibly knowledgeable and was thoughtful toward my homes needs. We appreciated the extra time he took to explain the differences between the different options as well communicating the various logistics involved. It was very clear that he had our best interest in mind when going over the cost, logistics, and maintenance. From our interactions, I got the impression that Orlando wouldnt give us any recommendations that he wouldnt make for his family.
His team arrived on time, was professional, and finished on time. There was clear communication throughout the entire process. We had a positive experience with Jose during the inspection phase of the process - he was particularly helpful.
Now, does our HVAC work? We used Shalom HVAC right before the summer season started. It is currently 94 degrees outside, but you couldnt tell if youre inside our house its very comfortable to the point that my daughter is currently wearing a sweater. I can say that they know how to get the job done.

Shalom showed quickly as scheduled, gave me the best quote for quality equipment (out of 4 quotations), got permits quickly, started immediately, finished a large job in one long long day. The dual mini split system is working as hoped with no problems. Highest rating for all aspects of the experience!

We decided to hire Shalom to install new AC and heater units. It was no easy feat either as I own a 3 level home. Shalom made it look easy with their incredible hard work and efficiency. A 5 man crew worked this job and it was completed in under 1.5 days. Each member was professional, friendly, and efficient. They even went above and beyond and pained the electrical stainless steel panel so that it matched my exterior wall. The quality of the equipment is outstanding and I just love my new a Google thermostat. If you want a done right and done with quality, I strongly recommend that you use Shalom!

Years ago I had issues with my window air conditioner unit. I called them to come out to fix it not knowing the only deal with main air conditioning units. The gentleman was still patient and it was an easy fix and he fixed it for me for free. I told him if I ever got ac in my house I would call them. Fast forward to a few days ago when I had my home ac unit installed. The crew was great, cleaned up behind themselves and super nice. Highly recommend and great company to use for your air conditioning.

The team showed up, they were clean and respectful. The covered the floor and kept the house clean. They worked quickly but didnt rush. The vents afterwards worked great and the new product installed worked better than expected. Thank you for your great service!

Shalom Heating & Air was the 5th HVAC company my home protection warranty company called out to fix my furnace. Shalom Heating and Air was the 1st HVAC company that agreed to go up on my roof and actually solve my compressor issues. Dennis was on time and is very friendly and highly knowledgeable. I will be call them again should the need arise.

There's not enough positive words to describe my appreciation of Shalom Heating and Air. After termite fumigation last fall, the gas company came out and red-tagged my furnace as a recall unit. That meant shopping for a furnace. I did my due diligence and got 3 quotes including from a major membership company that I frequently shop at. The quotes were all over the place and Shalom was able to come in at competitive quote for the same equipment. Winter started to get cold and we needed the furnace installed. They were able to come right after the new year and got my old system and ducts yanked out and installed a new unit with new ducts and installed a catwalk in the attic where I previously did not have one. They were clean and fast. Afterwards, they helped me understand the rebate submission process along with the testing and inspections that were required. Bianca was quick to answer questions and Jose's team are the real deal. Be sure you include Shalom when you gather quotes for your heating and air conditioning needs!

Shalom Heating and Air did a fantastic job doing a change out of my AC and heating systems. I have a very small attic crawl space and didnt know if my ducts could be changed out. Joses crew were able to gain access to the attic and removed and replaced the duct work. The crew was very knowledgeable and completed all the work the same day. They were very clean and another crew showed up later in day and removed the old equipment and duct work. The American Standard system works like a champ and we are more than pleased with the work Shalom Heating and Air did. Thank-You Jose and crew. I will be referring them to everyone and anyone.

I called to make an appointment for a free estimate and they were able to come out the next day. I met with owner Jose and he gave me a few options for my home which has never had air conditioning before. This was my 3rd bid and it was a good price compared to the other quotes i got from the costco and homedepot contractors. I decided to move forward with Shalom becuase Jose gave me the information i was seeking along with the best options for my home.I decided go with a 16 seer American Standard air conditioner. The workers arrived on time and were respectful of my home. They put down tarps to protect my wood floors which i appreciated vary much. The work was completed and Im vary impressed. They also cleaned up when they were finished. I would recommend Shalom to anyone looking for quality work and a great price.
