Custom did a good job of starting up our swamp cooler. The technician was friendly, efficient, and on time, Overall, another very positive and professional job from the people at Custom. I have recommended them to my friends and will do so again in the future.

Custom HVAC is my new go to mechanical contractor. My 7 year old furnace was way too noisy. The company that installed it said it was ok and I should trade it in. I called Custom for a second opinion and it is quieter than it was when it was new. My friend just had the same work done on his furnace. Motor and condenser. By a well known company and paid more than twice what I paid. Maybe because Custom HVAC doesn't spend a lot on TV ads.

This is a great company. They stand by their work and have excellent technicians. Recently William did a blower fan cleaning and added another component to our system. He explains things very well and is super polite and professional. Today he returned to work on the compressor which turned out to have a manufacturer assembly mistake that he diagnosed and repaired. This guy really knows his trade!! Thank you Custom HPACES!

Review update: We love our new Aerocool evaporative cooler. It cools down the house very well (if anything it works too good and gets quite cold, we don't have to use it as much as our previous unit.) Duwayne was very helpful in troubleshooting and fixing a few loose ends after the installation, and their staff were nice to work with. They were also able to use the same legs from our old unit, which was also great as they didn't have to mess with the roof.

Always on time, knowledgeable, fair pricing and get the job done. Great communication about appointments and billing.

Nobody is stoked to drop the price of a new car on a heating and AC system, but when that time inevitably comes for your house all you really want is to know the folks taking that money from you are doing quality work and gonna treat the house as if it were their own.

Not only did Dwane get out the next morning after returning an after hours call, but he went above an beyond in the replacement of our system ensuring his employees helped to clean up shoddy DIY work from the previous owners and set everything up properly. The guys he's employed are solid dudes, every interaction I've had with Derik and Deon have been incredibly pleasant and professional.

Genuinely this was the biggest thing I had been looking for as a new homeowner and that was experts to help do right the things out of my wheelhouse, and that's exactly what we got with Custom. Am already looking at other projects I can get taken care of now that I have a trusted set of guys I know I can count on for any job in my house.

I have an annual maintenance contract. They are reliable, great communications, and technicians are always pleasant and answer all of my questions.

I am adding a brand new AC system and furnace. Custom Heatings Techs arrived timely and left no trace. Dion, Tracy and the crew were Awesome! I appreciate that they cleaned up after themselves and provided excellent service. I will continue to use them and highly recommend them.

This place is the best and very timely. This is a 2 day job for me replacing heating/ac but the heart of july they made sure AC was good to go day 1. The gentleman set the AC for 70 (it was 90+ inside). he gave me a manual incase i wanted to read ahead but said he would teach me everything the following day while they finished their work. i didn't care i slept like a baby. i broke the ball off my humerus bone 2 weeks prior and was on major drugs and still didnt sleep as good as being in my own bed with AC. i dont even know the bells and whistles yet but this is the most excited ive been in a long time.

Technician was kind, informative and assured me everything was in shape. He informed me of some things to keep an eye on, for the future. Would recommend!

The tech came out and serviced our Amanda air conditioner. Was very thorough. He checked all part of air conditioner, cleaned completely and also checked all the readings down in the basement with the furnace to make sure no stones un turned. Completely satisfied. They also installed both my furnace and air conditioner a few years back

I am pleased with the response from this company. The technician arrived on time and completed checks on both my furnace and air conditioning system. The cost was fair and not a penny more than was estimated when I called to schedule the appointment. I will definitely call again when I need help.

I've been a customer of Custom Heating since 2009. The customer service is always the best! The technicians are friendly and experienced. The prices are fair. You never want your furnace to go out for any reason. It's a "grunge" task that has to be done. But Custom Heating makes it a pleasurable experience. Thanks again!

Custom Heatng helped me today- my furnace went out last nighy. They were very responsive, quick to come out, friendly, Informative and just perfect to work with. I especially appreciate that the owner, Duane, called me back last night within minutes of calling and leaving a message. Also wonderful was that they scheduled someone to come out at the time I needed (rather than giving me just a window of time). And, today is Christmas Eve. It really couldn't have gone smoother. Custom HPACES is really great. I would recommend them many times over to anyone. They are quick to respond, fairly priced, and everyone I've ever spoken with has been beyond kind. Before having a new furnace installed this past winter, I got quotes from 6 different companies in town. Custom was not the cheapest (they also weren't the most expensive by far), but they offered the very best in quality and service. I've never once regretted my decision.
