We bought a 1960s ranch house in Lakeview and the ductwork was a disaster - leaking everywhere, covered in mold from years of humidity, and completely undersized for the new system we wanted. I've been using New Orleans Mechanical Pros for our annual maintenance contract for three years now. They come out twice a year - spring and fall - clean the coils, check refrigerant levels, inspect the electrical, and give me a written report. Last spring they caught a cracked heat exchanger before it became a carbon monoxide issue. That alone is worth the cost of the contract ten times over. Honest, thorough, and always on time.

Had a mini-split installed in my workshop/garage in Chalmette. The technician assessed the space, recommended the right BTU size for the square footage and ceiling height, and installed a Mitsubishi unit that runs whisper-quiet.
