After my AC died, I contacted EZ Comfort. Juan Martinez came within 30 minutes. Juan was knowledgeable and helpful. Explained all the issues that were going on and the cost breakdown. I was given a clear understanding of what was covered under my warranty with my Trane AC unit.
Squirrels had gotten into my attic and damaged wires that blew a transformer in the unit. Juan was able to fix everything and sent me pictures of the damage and the repairs so I could see why was going on without needed to go into my attic.
Grateful that Juan fixed my AC with professionalism and integrity.
