Services
Travis Yakish started this company out of his passion for HVAC.
He has over 11 years of experience in the heating and cooling field with countless hours of training courses, schooling, and certificates.
Some of these include being NATE and ICE certified as well as EPA certified.
With over 18,000 hours in this profession, he strives to leave clients happy with both his service and products.
Travis likes to make sure you understand not only what he's doing, but why and will always take time to explain his process.
In Wisconsin's cold weather going without heat for too long can turn into a dangerous situation fast.
If you notice your furnace cycling more frequently, running but only blowing cold air, or you've noticed something just isn't right- give us a call!
Don't wait for your furnace to break down before you have it serviced!
Having up to date equipment can help keep energy costs down.
We pride ourselves on keeping costs reasonable for our clients when it comes to preventative replacement.
We know how it feels to be caught off guard when something needs to be replaced, and we want to be there with you through every step of the process.
We recommend changing furnace filters every 1-3 months or every 6-12 for high efficiency filters.
This helps prevent dirt and dust build up that makes it harder for parts to work which can lead to furnace malfunction or a breakdown.
When using your fireplace, reduce the temperature on your thermostat so the warm air from the furnace doesn't leave through the chimney, wasting money.
Common problems for heating systems include plugged drain lines, plugged intake and exhaust vents, dirty filters, defective thermostats and lack of return air.
If you run your air conditioning system during the day, keep your windows closed at night to prevent cool air from seeping out- costing you more money.
A system that is properly sized for your home should cool it down between 1-3 degrees an hour.
A system that is oversized but cools down your home faster won't make it feel more comfortable as it won't properly remove moisture.
We recommend that you keep the fan on your air conditioner set to 'on' rather than to 'auto' to help circulate air throughout your house constantly.
It's important to take care of the air you breathe the most, in your home.
Poor indoor air quality leads to problems such as allergies, asthma, headaches, damages to your home, and overall higher energy costs.
On the other hand, if your home has too much moisture you may need to install a dehumidifier.
If there are areas in your home that vary in temperature a zone system might be the fix for you.
There are several other instances that can be solved by our technicians during basic maintenance, which is why it's important to schedule them regularly.
