Business Details
We are Jamie and Tracy Swan, the owners of Sparkling Clean, a family-owned business with more than 15 years of experience. Our focus is on providing professional cleaning services for PTAC and VTAC air conditioning and heating units used by the hospitality industry. We understand that clean units are essential for guest comfort and health, reducing mold, dust, odors, and excessive energy use. Our process involves carefully removing each unit from the wall, cleaning it in the parking lot with a power washer and environmentally friendly products, and reinstalling it to ensure the room is spotless. We use a pan to minimize water usage during cleaning, demonstrating our commitment to efficiency and care. Each unit is thoroughly cleaned with a hospital-grade sanitizer and an environmentally-friendly solution to protect your guests.
Our trained crews work quickly and effectively, cleaning an average of 60 units per day to minimize disruption to your operations. We take pride in offering a professional job at a reasonable price, backed by our extensive experience. Our service helps lower your repair costs and energy usage by preventing clogged coils and compressor failure. We also offer window and carpet cleaning upon request to provide comprehensive support for your property. Payment is due upon completion, and we accept credit cards for your convenience. We are thrilled to work with you and invite you to call or contact us for a quote tailored to your hotel, motel, or resort.
