Services
AC Repair
Our NATE-certified technicians provide rapid diagnosis and repair of cooling system failures, including refrigerant leaks, compressor issues, and electrical malfunctions. We prioritize emergency service calls to restore comfort within hours, using truck-stocked parts for same-day repairs. Regular maintenance customers receive priority scheduling during peak summer months.
Furnace Installation
We install high-efficiency furnaces and heat pumps with proper sizing calculations to optimize energy use. Our technicians handle permits, electrical upgrades, and duct modifications while maintaining manufacturer warranties. ENERGY STAR-certified installations qualify for utility rebates to offset upfront costs.
Air Quality Testing
Our comprehensive air quality evaluations identify pollutants, humidity imbalances, and ventilation deficiencies using calibrated testing equipment. We recommend solutions like HEPA filters, UV air purifiers, or duct sealing to address specific contaminants while improving HVAC efficiency by up to 30%.
Heat Pump Maintenance
Scheduled maintenance includes coil cleaning, refrigerant optimization, and defrost cycle testing to ensure efficient heating during winter. We inspect reversing valves and electrical components to prevent seasonal failures, extending system lifespan beyond the typical 15-year average.
Duct Cleaning
Our truck-mounted extraction systems remove dust, mold, and debris from air ducts using negative pressure techniques. Technicians sanitize coils and drain pans to eliminate microbial growth, improving air quality and reducing allergy symptoms for occupants with respiratory conditions.
