Our excellent experience began with Rochelle listening, understanding, and helping facilitate our AC issue and then going above to get a technician to accommodate our availability.
Our technician, Damian, was not only prompt in making it out to us, he also diagnosed and solved our issue in no time and went on to assess and share knowledge on what we could be doing better to improve our HVAC system, which we are now already seeing/feeling.
Consider me one very happy and wiser homeowner! Could not have asked for a better experience and highly recommend this company.

They were very prompt in sending someone out to give me a quote on a new furnace. Unlike many companies who just wanted photos and will give a quote over the phone/email, Damian came out, took a look at my system and explained how we maybe able to get away with a smaller unit but would need a larger intake. He also said to give him a few days to put together a quote based on our house size vs just replacing what we currently have.
Thank you again for your prompt response in sending someone out who was very knowledgeable and friendly for a quote. We look forward to hopefully working with you in the future when we have to get our furnace repaired.

My Guy HVAC, came to the rescue when it was -6 c and the furnace went out. They managed to schedule an appointment for the next day and was able to resolve the issue. Nick did suggest that we might need a new furnace since ours was already 14 years old. The previous owner of the place took horrible care of the apartment, so I was shocked it lasted this long. I would highly recommend there services.

They were prompt, responsive, responsible, and priced much better than the competition.
I needed a new inducer motor installed and these guys came out and did it in the same day - critical when you have no heat. Best part is that their price was nearly a fraction of what Four Seasons asked me for.
Best guys i've ever worked with and the only guys ill ever call again.
