Sorry we no longer do large BIM jobs and do not do business with USA companies that outsource to India.
Coordination Drawings we make sure there are no collisions with the steel, ceiling and other trades. We provide top of duct and bottom of duct dimensions. Cost 600 to 900 per sheet. We quote the contract drawings at 1/8 scale. This is an average cost most of our customers use these numbers. We use CADPipe and AutoCAD which are fully compatible with Navisworks for Collision Warning & Correction for coordination.

I will be provided Dwg AutoCAD files.
If I'm not provided with the dwg files I'll need to redraw the job this is an extra 875.00 dollar total charge.
I must be provided with a clean not scanned pdf or dwf files.
I will include BOD and BOU dimensions for HVAC ductwork and all cut sizes to make the ductwork.
AutoCAD 2011 format and any scale will be provided.
You can provide a title block or I can make one for you.
I will provide HVAC shop drawings that include 59" cut lengths for sq duct and 120" cut lengths for round duct.
