We had several issues with our furnace and AC systems. Calling All American was the smartest move we've made in owning our home. He and his staff have been very responsive and professional. They were able to determine what was causing our problems and resolve them quite satisfactorily. Mark genuinely cares about his customers and will go above and beyond to take care of it.

I was told by a local HVAC company that my gas furnace needed to be flagged as unsafe and replace for $9,000! I went without heat for 3 months in the bitter cold and used space heaters because we could not afford to have it replaced! Mark came and did a through check of my whole system and could only find the expansion tank needing drained which he did and found no other issues!!! My furnace works perfectly!!!

I had a warm house for the first time last night! So wonderful!! He saved us from a huge scam and financial burden! Im in tears with gratitude,
