Our heat pump wasn't working and he replaced a fuse and checked out the system.
We appreciated his professionalism.
He did say that we were probably due to get a new heat pump, which we know we will have to do.
We have been having mice problems in the room where the furnace is and he provided a suggestion that helped catch a big rat.
