M.C. Plum

Our operational history began in the latter part of 1985, and we officially opened our doors in January of 1986. We started as Plums Plumbing & Heating, a Sole Proprietorship with a fundamental desire to assist customers with their plumbing and heating needs. We expanded our expertise to include air conditioning services in 1995 to meet growing market demands. As the construction industry grew, we evolved from a two-employee operation to a fully staffed organization by 1996. We secured the dealership of Lennox heating and air conditioning products in 1997, enhancing our equipment quality. Our significant growth in 1998 required us to employ technicians fully certified in plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning.

We transitioned from a Sole Proprietorship to an S-Corporation in 1999, officially becoming M.C. Plum, Inc. We established ourselves as a full-service company providing 24-hour service for our regular heating and air conditioning customers by 2001. We moved into a new, larger facility at 891 Lincoln Way West in 2002 to expedite service and better serve our expanding client base. We acquired the Trane dealership and technical support in 2006 to provide our customers with high-efficiency equipment. We became IGSHPA certified to install Geothermal heating and air conditioning systems in 2010. We continue to strive daily to move forward toward our goals and are pleased with the opportunity to serve our community.
