Greenwood AC, Heating and Air Conditioning Repair, is a division of FPC, a family-owned company doing business in LA and Orange Counties since 1997. Elliott Franco is the owner/contractor of FPC, with over 21 years of hands-on experience in the construction field. Elliott moved to California at the age of 17 from New Mexico, and stayed with an uncle
